Light burnt magnesium powder will become the main direction of future development
Light burnt magnesium powder is an artificial small block for construction. Also known as light burnt magnesium powder sintered brick. Solid clay refractory bricks are one of the world's oldest building materials. From the Qin Shihuang Mausoleum in Shaanxi to the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Beijing, it inherits the history of architecture civilization of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. So far, it is still a building material that the people love. Clay refractory bricks are made in situ, cheap, durable, and also have the advantages of fire prevention, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture absorption, etc., and are widely used in civil engineering construction.
However, the mass production of clay refractory bricks has caused damage to the cultivated land area of China. China's per capita arable land resources are less than 40% of the world average. However, due to the construction of houses in urban and rural areas, clay refractory bricks are burned, and 700,000 mu of farmland is destroyed in one year. This is a warning issued by the “New Wall Materials Seminar in 12 Provinces and Cities in Southern China” held in Nanchang in 2004. In China, wall materials account for about 70% of the entire building materials. Among them, clay refractory bricks still dominate the wall materials. The clay resources needed to produce solid clay refractory bricks are more high-quality clay in arable land. Its destruction of land resources can be seen.
In order to transform this traditional method of burning severely wasting land resources, as early as 12 years ago, the “Opinions on the Development and Promotion of New Wall Materials” jointly issued by the former State Building Materials Bureau and other departments were approved. Large and medium-sized cities have proposed “a timetable for prohibiting the use of solid clay refractory bricks”. The refractory industry in Shaanxi Province closely follows the guidance of national policies, and has made effective adjustments to the production of clay refractory bricks by refractory enterprises. We are striving to innovate and use environmentally friendly materials instead of using clay, so as to achieve the result that the use value is consistent with clay bricks.
Downstream demand reduces the growth in demand for clay refractory bricks. The downstream demand was affected by the national macro-control. The growth rate of refractory production in the country slowed down, and the new capacity of the steel and cement industries decreased, which led to a decline in the demand for refractory materials.
Therefore, from the current policy situation and the industry environment, the structural adjustment of the supply side of light burned magnesium powder has become the focus of the future development of the steel, cement, glass and other industries. The national macro-control efforts are continuously deepening and strengthening, so these industries will be in the short term. No explosive growth in new capacity
